Material: 100% Charollais
Braids will be 4 ounces or greater.
Charollais is a breed of sheep from France. They are typically used for meat. This fiber is bouncy, and has many characteristics of down wools (think Southdown & Dorset).
Colors: Every braid is different. Even within dye sessions colorways may have a variance in color.
Care: I always recommend handwashing any wool yarn and items made with wool yarn. Yarn or fiber listed as superwash wool may be washed in the washing machine on the gentle setting with cold water and laid flat to dry.
Disclaimers: After the finished skeins are washed, some bleeding may occur. It should stop within a few washes.
I always attempt to photograph each braid’s color accurately, but monitor settings vary.
